Fe y Lola will process your order within 1-3 weekdays, once we place your  purchase in the DHL office you will receive a tracking number.

Return policy

Our Fe y Lola Rugs are one-of-a-kind, carefully handwoven, using only the best quality in wool and 100% natural dyes; we provide you with the exact information for each rug, the pictures were taken in HD however colors might have a slightly hue variation.

Having these considerations in mind and due to our rug making process we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
